New Patient Evaluation
The initial evaluation session lasts 1.5 hours. If this is your first telehealth visit, you MUST schedule a new patient evaluation. All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

Select this session if: you have already had a New Patient Evaluation, you need help with your exercises, or you have questions or concerns about your current treatment plan. All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

60-Minute Session
Select this session if: you have already had a New Patient Evaluation, you are having pain and need further advice and a new plan, or you are having new leakage symptoms. All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
